I hated when people told me the boys that called me ugly and made fun of me really just “liked” me. They never did, they were just being douchebags. And because of them I am very self-conscious still :/

I honestly wonder sometimes who’s bright idea was it to start telling little girls this and make them believe it…

I never understood this logic. Boys who teased me and bullied me did NOT like me. AT ALL. They HATED me, and exactly how I felt for them when they did bully me and call me names.  And it’s been the same experiences with my friends. 

Honestly more people should address it as Makoto. They don’t like you: they’re just bullying you.
